Last Principles
Most people build their biggest arguments on ideas they have never actually tested. They treat their personal guesses as undeniable facts and only look for evidence that proves them right. This mental trap is called last principles thinking. It is exactly like building a heavy house on top of loose sand. You can create a beautifully complicated explanation, but if your starting point is flawed, the whole structure will eventually collapse. Comfort is the enemy. We stay locked in this closed loop because questioning our deepest beliefs feels terrifying, but true discovery only happens when you are brave enough to tear down your own assumptions.
