I'm Sulhan Fuadi Sulhan Fuadi, based in Indonesia🇮🇩. I grew up competing in several sports and won 15+ medals at local and regional competitions. From 2023 to 2025, I completed three Expert tracks totaling 915+ hours and placed in several technology and business competitions. I use writing as a thinking partner and publish what I learn on Substack. In 2025, I was hit by a truck and nearly died. It changed how I think about time and what deserves my attention.

Now, I am building Aksa, an environment that helps people see clearly and act correctly, while studying computer science at Diponegoro University.

I believe we only get one life, so I want to spend mine doing great work. For me, that means caring deeply about what I do and refusing to settle for mediocrity.

  1. You only live once, don't settle for mediocrity.
  2. The only real test of intelligence is if you get what you want out of life.
  3. Extreme people get extreme results.
  4. Benchmark the best. Compete with the top or die average.
  5. Wanting to be liked is weakness. Fulfillment has to come from within.
  6. It is very hard to do good work without being optimistic, exceptionally determined, and intellectually curious.
  7. Outcomes are what count. Don't let good process excuse bad results.
  8. Being a machine learner beats being smart. Curiosity compounds.
  9. Everything is sales: the teacher sells, the leader sells, the orator sells.
  10. You learn more in a week of building than a month of strategizing.
  11. The best way to predict the future is to invent it.
  12. Leverage compounds. Always chase code, content, connection, capital, company, and other scalable assets.
  13. Delete until almost nothing is left, because if you do not need to add back at least some of it, you probably did not cut enough.
